THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH is already under construction in Minnesota, digitally!
When TPB is formally established by our “USA Constitution,” TPB‘s National Headquarters will be located in “USA Square” (formerly ‘Washington DC’), and our “USA Trustees” will serve us* from our “USA Capitol” (formerly the ‘US’ Capitol).
* You and me and all “WTP-USA,” our whole “USA Nation,” each of us soon becoming totally free “USA Citizens” (no longer ‘US’ citizens—slaves to the ‘New World Order’); learn more here.
But, in the beginning, TPB will launch in the Mankato area, Blue Earth County, Minnesota.
Minnesota’s TPB Headquarters will be located where WE THE PEOPLE of Minnesota (WTP-MN) ultimately decide when WTP-MN finish writing and then ratify our “MN Constitution.”
An obvious choice, though, is St. Paul in Ramsey County, where all our buildings and administration already exist.

So, how are WTP-MN going to accomplish this?

Minnesota
WTP-MN will take back our Minnesota from our enemies* with pen and paper (and computers and the internet of course), and without any violence whatsoever.
* Enemies—both foreign (the ‘New World Order’) and domestic (the NWO’s administrative [‘Deep’] ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’); learn more here.
In other words, with new founding documents, we will ‘throw off’* our old usurped government and “re-found”** our State (and each of our Counties, Cities and Local Communities).
* Like our original federal Constitution (1789), Minnesota’s original Constitution (1857) provides us the right and means to take back the reigns of our state government and start over in Article 1st, Section 1st: “Government is instituted for the security, benefit and protection of the people in whom all Political Power is inherent, together with the right to alter, modify or reform such Government whenever the public good may require it.”
** Like our proposed “USA Constitution,” our new “MN Constitution” will in its proposed preamble: “re-declare our independence and sovereignty, reclaim our birthrights and all public property within and without our state, abolish the existing Constitution of the ‘State of Minnesota’ and the body of civil law and procedure known as the ‘legal system,’ and institute a new government with this Minnesota Constitution (MN Constitution).”
WTP-MN who step up to make this happen—i.e., Minnesota’s “Founding Patriots“—will draft a new MN Constitution and new founding documents for each of our Counties, Cities and Local Communities, which will ‘throw off’ the Deep State’s so-called ‘government,’* take back our freedoms, property, economy, and so on, and reestablish limited government which is totally under our control in each jurisdiction.
* The NWO’s administrative [‘Deep’] ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ and its treasonous offices have been stealing from us and otherwise breaching their duties to us under the ‘Governmental Services Contract‘ for decades; therefore, via TPB-MN, while we draft our new founding documents, WTP-MN will simply make bid for the funding of certain offices—such as the ‘OFFICES OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL and SECRETARY OF STATE’; see examples here.

Taking Back Minnesota
The Short List
In order to take back Minnesota from our enemies, WTP-MN will need to come together to accomplish the following (volunteer for any or all here):
1. Know who are enemies are, what they are doing, why they are doing so, what their endgame is, and what we can and will do about it (start here);
2. Summon and convene our own grand juries and trial juries to indict and bring our enemies to justice, under existing American common law (example here); and then accuse our enemies accordingly, arrest and prosecute indicted enemies, and carry out sentences of convicted enemies;
3. Protect our State and its People from further harm by our enemies as they are being brought to justice; and defend our Founding Patriots from false accusations and other ‘lawfare’ under ‘color’ of our enemies’ soon-to-be-defunct ‘legal system’;
4. Document our enemies’ thefts and our other damages; take stock of, and reclaim, our public property; recover said damages; and otherwise redress our claims;
5. Systematically take back each governmental function (examples here);

Reestablishing Minnesota
The Short List
In order to reestablish Minnesota, WTP-MN will need to come together to accomplish the following (volunteer for any or all here):
1. Write our new MN Constitution;
2. Finish our MN TRUST (see “Bonus” attached to USA Constitution);
3. Set up MN Sales Tax (in lieu of ‘income taxes’) and its collection system;
4. Establish and set up Minnesota’s TPB offices which will oversee our financial affairs, governmental functions, commerce, elections, grand juries, law enforcement, militias, postal services, public education, and other governmental services (see full list in USA Constitution, Article V, Section C);

Yes, right here in Minnesota.
The terms “governmental racketeering,” “case-fixing,” “treasonous crimes” and so on, were developed over many years of research and investigation to describe what “governmental racketeers,” “case-fixers,” “traitors” and other criminals were doing to Minnesota families and, as discovered, have done to millions of American families.
For decades, most divorces and other family law cases, most probate cases, most criminal cases, and most other judicial and administrative matters have been “fixed” to maximize profits to the racketeers and their bosses—our enemies.
Our foreign enemies are members of the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”) and our domestic enemies are the NWO’s ‘Deep State‘ operatives in our USA. These “Deep State traitors” are rogue local, state and federal ‘government’ officials, operating ultra vires—outside the bounds of their official capacities—not only unlawfully, in violation of our Constitutions, but also illegally, in violation of, under ‘color‘ of, and in utter disgrace of the very ‘legal system‘ which binds them.
Minnesota’s “Deep State traitors” have taken over many of our courts and government offices and are operating them like a mafia, openly “fixing” court cases and administrative matters, brazenly violating rights and laws, and otherwise rampantly engaging in governmental racketeering and other treasonous crimes.
Tens-of-thousands of cases and matters in Minnesota have been fixed in a variety of ways by rogue judges, attorneys, prosecutors, public defenders, guardian ad litems, law enforcement officials, child protection and child support officials, and other officers of the courts, who are willing to commit crimes such as perjury, subornation of perjury and other frauds upon and by the court, mail fraud, extortion, conspiracy against rights, deprivation of due process and other rights, acting outside authority, assuming authority and jurisdiction, issuing false orders and fictitious obligations and false arrest warrants, and so on; and these traitors are supported by rogue court reporters, court administrators, probation and parole agents, treatment specialists, and other court cronies, who are willing to influence the proper administration of law by denying access to the court system, refusing to file and record documents from victims, filing and recording known-fraudulent and void actions, processing and enforcing fictitious obligations, refusing to investigate, refusing to apprehend, refusing to charge, and otherwise neglecting official duties to obstruct justice, by executing false arrest warrants and serving other unlawful and known-void orders, manufacturing evidence, framing defendants, falsifying documents, altering records or accounts, tampering with victims and witnesses, and otherwise tainting the court record to pervert justice, by retaliating against victims and witnesses and whistleblowers, and so on—all of which are overt acts of treason:
“We [judges and government officials] have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction [or authority or duties] which is given than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the Constitution.” Cohens v. Virginia, 19 U.S. 6 Wheat. 264 (1821)
Governmental racketeering and case fixing are never done out of ignorance or inadvertence—they are willful, conspired, calculated, treasonous crimes.

“MN-MOCK” PROPOSAL #6
To the People of Minnesota
WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH in Minnesota (“TPB-MN”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby propose the following:
WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has incrementally infiltrated its traitors into our Minnesota Attorney General’s office, MN Department of Public Safety & Divisions and other key state offices in preparation for their totalitarian takeover and control of our State; and
WHEREAS, said traitors have increasingly stood down over the past several decades during increasing riots, racketeering and outright treason by the NWO’s communists infiltrated into its ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ (“MNInc”); and
WHEREAS, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America (“WTP-USA”) and of Minnesota (“WTP-MN”) are uniting to take back our USA and our MN from the NWO and eradicate its Deep State bureaucracy from our midst; and
WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:
* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;
* PROPOSAL #2 seeks the MN-Gov Services Contract & to abolish ‘income taxes’;
* PROPOSAL #3 seeks Minnesota’s ‘purse strings’ from “MNInc”;
* PROPOSAL #4 seeks to reclaim our law enforcement from MNInc;
* PROPOSAL #5 seeks to reclaim our public education system from MNInc;
WHEREAS, this PROPOSAL #6 seeks to contract with WTP-MN to perform all state investigative and prosecutorial functions for Minnesota.
WHEREFORE, WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB-MN propose to:
PERFORM ALL FUNCTIONS of the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office (“MN-AG”) and Department of Public Safety (“MN-DPS”) & its Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (“MN-BCA”) in exchange for said offices’ funding and revenues from all sources, until our “MN Government” is instituted by our MN Constitution, starting with the George Floyd riots and the recent “governmental racketeering,” “case fixing” and outright treason in Ramsey County, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has incrementally infiltrated its traitors into its US POSTAL SERVICES in Minnesota in preparation for their totalitarian takeover and control of our USA & MN; and
WHEREAS, said traitors in the USPS have increasingly aided in the NWO’s “governmental racketeering” in MN, and in their election rigging and other overt and covert acts of treason to overthrow our State; and
WHEREAS, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America (“WTP-USA”) and of Minnesota (“WTP-MN”) are uniting to take back our USA and our MN from the NWO and eradicate its Deep State bureaucracy from our midst; and
WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:
* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;

WHEREFORE, WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB-MN propose to:
PERFORM ALL FUNCTIONS of the United States Postal Service in Minnesota in exchange for the USPS’s revenues and funding from all sources in our State, until our “USA Government” is instituted by our USA Constitution, and then to manage the daily operations of the “USA Postal Service” in Minnesota. This PROPOSAL is contingent upon the seizure of all USPS property in Minnesota, as collateral for WTP-MN pending the outcome of our Suit vs. NWO/USPS.

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—as part of their takeover of our judicial branch, has incrementally disappeared our grand jury system; and
WHEREAS, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America (“WTP-USA”) and of Minnesota (“WTP-MN”) are uniting to take back our USA and our MN from the NWO and eradicate its Deep State bureaucracy from our midst; and
WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:
* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;

RECONSTITUTE FOR TPB-MN the USA’s National Grand Jury and our State and County Grand Juries in Minnesota, within the existing federal and state court system, pursuant to our pending USA & MN Constitutions; and
INNOVATE, MODERNIZE & DIGITIZE TPB-MN’s Grand Jury System in conjunction with the same of TPB‘s National, State and Local Law Enforcement System and Court System; and
MANAGE TPB-MN‘s Grand Jury System, in conjunction with our new Law Enforcement and Court Systems, until TPB-MN is operational; and
This PROPOSAL is contingent upon obtaining proportional funding from USInc’s and MNInc’s wayward law enforcement offices and court systems.
