Yes!, under ‘color’ of law (to fool the public), with the full force of government (to scare away supporters), at public expense ($billions each year), for private gain (political, financial, etc.).

This is “governmental racketeering.” And MN’s DSTs—the ‘New World Order‘ (NWO) communists who took over the ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ and its “commie wannabes” selected (not elected) to be our ‘leaders’—are exploiting 1000s of government employees to carry it out statewide.

For example, during “my family’s ordeal” since 2005, over 400 (mostly-unsuspecting?) government employees in Colorado and Minnesota have been involved in the ‘policing-for-profit,’ “case-fixing” and other “governmental racketeering” to repeatedly entrap and ‘process’ me—i.e., to oppress me under color of law for profit—first in the child support racket and then in the criminal justice system racket.

When I began removing myself from their ‘legal system‘ in 2017 they—the “commie wannabes” who suck up to MN’s DSTs, like Secretary of State STEVE SIMON, Olmsted County Attorney MARK OSTREM, Nicollet County Attorney MICHELLE ZEHNDER FISCHER, and others knowingly participating in the treason—attacked again.

So, I sent them “Affidavits of Injury” (available upon request to researchers and legitimate media outlets) clearly alleging and proving their crimes and the damages they caused, and, although not required, I made “Settlement Offers” to each so they could resolve the matters for a “relative pittance,” but instead of doing the right thing they failed to refute or resolve my claims, and therefore became “my family’s debtors” by default.

In 2021—in retaliation for my Liens upon their property—led by Attorney General KEITH ELLISON, my family’s debtors filed ten fraudulent civil suits to have my one-page UCC Financing Statements unlawfully set aside and my liens ejected from Minnesota’s Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) system, but soon found out that my liens are still valid and received updated liens for the ones they sabotaged and new liens for their new “case-fixing crime sprees,” all recorded at THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH, which will soon bid for the funding of Minnesota’s wayward offices.

And now, MN’s DSTs are retaliating again—at enormous additional expense to me and to Minnesota’s taxpayers—with their “known-false” charges in their “known-void” criminal proceeding.
