To the People of Minnesota

WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH in Minnesota (“TPB-MN”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby propose the following:

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has seized control of all government functions in Minnesota and has transformed our nonprofit government into a greedy, profit-seeking, criminal organization; and

WHEREAS, the NWO took over our country following the Civil War, incorporated our country as the ‘UNITED STATES’ INCORPORATED (“USInc”), and has committed incremental treason against us for over 150-years; and

WHEREAS, the NWO also traitorously took over Minnesota and our Counties, Cities and Local Communities, and incorporated them—e.g., the ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ (“MNInc”), ‘COUNTY OF _____,’ ‘CITY OF _____’ and so on; and

WHEREAS, the NWO has stolen hundreds-of-trillions-of-dollars from us; and

WHEREAS, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America (“WTP-USA”) and of Minnesota (“WTP-MN”) are uniting to take back our USA and our MN from the NWO and eradicate its Deep State bureaucracy from our midst.

WHEREFORE, WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB-MN propose to:

‘THROW OFF’ our usurped Minnesota ‘government’ and bureaucracy; and

INSTITUTE a brand new government in Minnesota starting with “THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH” (“TPB-MN”)—by way of our new “MN Constitution” under our new “USA Constitution” (available on website)—which will:

TAKE BACK our governance from ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ (MNInc); and

MANAGE our money and assets within means at all times; and

MODERNIZE all government offices, functions and services; and

OVERSEE the constitutionality of all offices, functions and services; and…

To the People of Minnesota

WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH in Minnesota (“TPB-MN”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby propose the following:

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has failed miserably to provide the governing services promised by Government Services Contract via its corporations known as ‘UNITED STATES’ INCORPORATED (“USInc”) and ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ (“MNInc”), and therefore no longer deserves our ‘income taxes’ or business taxes or any other payment; and

WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:

* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;

WHEREAS, this PROPOSAL #2 seeks the Government Services Contract from the NWO’s MNInc and to abolish the ‘IRS’ and ‘income taxes’ in Minnesota.

WHEREFORE, WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB-MN propose to:

HAVE WTP-MN WITHDRAW CONSENT from MNInc; and

OBTAIN Minnesota’s entire Government Services Contract for TPB-MN; and

MANAGE all government functions and services within the means of the National & State Sales Taxes established in our USA & MN Constitutions; and

ABOLISH ‘income taxes’ and all other ‘taxes’ imposed upon WTP-MN; and

ABOLISH the NWO’s ‘Internal Revenue Service’ (IRS) and all other ‘services’ and functions related to tax-collection in Minnesota; and

LIEN-SEIZE the NWO’s IRS and all other tax-collection agencies, offices, and buildings in Minnesota, as collateral pending the outcome of WTP-MN’s actions against the NWO for 100-years of fraudulent tax-collection.

WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH in Minnesota (“TPB-MN”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby propose the following:

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State Traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into in its ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ (“MNInc”) offices and its ‘COUNTY OF _____’ and ‘CITY OF _____’ franchises—has destroyed Minnesota financially; and

WHEREAS, the NWO’s incorporated ‘UNITED STATES’ (“USInc”) & ‘Congress’ have unconstitutionally indebted us in an amount over $30 trillion; and

WHEREAS, the NWO and its MNInc have likewise duped the People of Minnesota and have stolen tens-of-billions of dollars from us; and

WHEREAS, the NWO’s MNInc has carried out the NWO’s “governmental racketeering” and theft of public funds in Minnesota for nearly a century; and

WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:

* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;

* PROPOSAL #2 seeks the MN-Gov Services Contract & to abolish ‘income taxes’;

WHEREAS, this PROPOSAL #3 seeks Minnesota’s ‘purse strings’ from MNInc.

WHEREFORE, WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB-MN propose to:

MANAGE THE MONEY of WTP-MN within the means of the National and State Sales Taxes, Corporate Taxes & Property Taxes established in our USA & MN Constitutions, including but not limited to:

COIN, print, and otherwise produce all money (USA-Gov function); and

BUDGET, appropriate, and otherwise manage MN-Gov money; and

ECONOMIZE, and otherwise regulate all money and monetary affairs; and

RESTORE our Minnesota Free Market Economy & Free Enterprise System.

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has incrementally taken over our law enforcement and human services, militarized them, and is increasingly using them to racketeer and to tyrannize Minnesotans; and

WHEREAS, the offices of the MN Attorney General, MN Pubic Safety, MN Human Services, and most associated local offices no longer work for us; and

WHEREAS, local and state law enforcement and human services no longer protect and serve, but are instead incentivized to racketeer and steal; and

WHEREAS, the NWO’s ‘United Nations’ is hoodwinking community leaders into their ‘Strong Cities Network’ set up for totalitarian control; and

WHEREAS the NWO’s massive ‘Police State’ in MN is out-of-control; and

WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:

* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;

* PROPOSAL #2 seeks the MN-Gov Services Contract & to abolish ‘income taxes’;

TRANSFER TO TPB-MN all local, state and federal law enforcement offices in Minnesota which interact directly with WTP-MN; and

MANAGE ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES in MN; and

RESTORE the Rule of Law in MN and the Trust of WTP-MN; and …

WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH in Minnesota (“TPB-MN”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby propose the following:

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has incrementally infiltrated its traitors into our Minnesota Attorney General’s office, MN Department of Public Safety & Divisions and other key state offices in preparation for their totalitarian takeover and control of our State; and

WHEREAS, said traitors have increasingly stood down over the past several decades during increasing riots, racketeering and outright treason by the NWO’s communists infiltrated into its ‘STATE OF MINNESOTA’ (“MNInc”); and

WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:

* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;

* PROPOSAL #2 seeks the MN-Gov Services Contract & to abolish ‘income taxes’;

* PROPOSAL #3 seeks Minnesota’s ‘purse strings’ from “MNInc”;

WHEREAS, this PROPOSAL #6 seeks to contract with WTP-MN to perform all state investigative and prosecutorial functions for Minnesota.

WHEREFORE, WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB-MN propose to:

PERFORM ALL FUNCTIONS of the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office (“MN-AG”) and Department of Public Safety (“MN-DPS”) & its Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (“MN-BCA”) in exchange for said offices’ funding and revenues from all sources, until our “MN Government” is instituted by our MN Constitution, starting with the George Floyd riots and the recent “governmental racketeering,” “case fixing” and outright treason in Ramsey County, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has incrementally infiltrated its traitors into its US POSTAL SERVICES in Minnesota in preparation for their totalitarian takeover and control of our USA & MN; and

WHEREAS, said traitors in the USPS have increasingly aided in the NWO’s “governmental racketeering” in MN, and in their election rigging and other overt and covert acts of treason to overthrow our State; and

WHEREAS, per our new “USA Constitution” and our new “MN Constitution”:

* PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB-MN to take back what is ours;

* PROPOSAL #2 seeks the MN-Gov Services Contract & to abolish ‘income taxes’;

* PROPOSAL #3 seeks Minnesota’s ‘purse strings’ from “MNInc”;

* PROPOSAL #4 seeks to reclaim our law enforcement from MNInc;

* PROPOSAL #5 seeks to reclaim our public education system from MNInc;

WHEREAS, this PROPOSAL #7 seeks to contract with WTP-MN to provide all postal services in Minnesota until the “MN Postal Service” is established.

WHEREFORE, WE the FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB-MN propose to:

PERFORM ALL FUNCTIONS of the United States Postal Service in Minnesota in exchange for the USPS’s revenues and funding from all sources in our State, until our “USA Government” is instituted by our USA Constitution, and then to manage the daily operations of the “USA Postal Service” in Minnesota. This PROPOSAL is contingent upon the seizure of all USPS property in Minnesota, as collateral for WTP-MN pending the outcome of our Suit vs. NWO/USPS.
