To the People of the United States of America
WE THE FOUNDING PATRIOTS of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH (“TPB”)—our pending Branch of Government—do hereby propose the following:
WHEREAS the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State Traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has incrementally infiltrated its traitors into our Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation in preparation for their totalitarian takeover and control of our nation; and
WHEREAS said traitors have increasingly stood down over the past several decades during increasing coup attempts, riots and outright insurrection by the NWO’s communists infiltrated into our federal government; and
WHEREAS, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America (“WTP-USA”) are uniting to take back our country from the NWO and eradicate its Deep State bureaucracy from our midst (see plan/join on website); and
WHEREAS, by way of our new “USA Constitution” (first draft available on website), PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB, PROPOSAL #2 seeks the Government Services Contract from the NWO, PROPOSAL #3 seeks the ‘purse strings’ from the NWO’s incorporated ‘Congress,’ PROPOSAL #4 seeks to reclaim our law enforcement, and PROPOSAL #5 seeks to reclaim our public educational system; and
WHEREAS this PROPOSAL #6 seeks to contract with WTP-USA to perform all national investigative and prosecutorial functions for the USA.
WHEREFORE, WE THE FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB propose to:
PERFORM ALL FUNCTIONS of the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation in exchange for said offices’ funding and revenues from all sources, until our “USA Government” is instituted by our USA Constitution, starting with the 2020 presidential election rigging, January 6th (2021) ‘Insurrection’ hoax, the pandemic hoax, the ‘Russian Collusion’ hoax, et cetera.

WHEREAS, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America (“WTP-USA”) are uniting to take back our country from the NWO and eradicate its Deep State bureaucracy from our midst (see plan/join on website).

PERFORM ALL FUNCTIONS of the United States Postal Service in exchange for the USPS’s revenues and funding from all sources, until our “USA Government” is instituted by our USA Constitution, and then to manage the daily operations of the “PEOPLE’S POSTAL SERVICE.” This PROPOSAL is contingent upon the seizure of all USPS property for WTP-USA.

WHEREAS the ‘New World Order’ (“NWO”)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State Traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—incrementally infiltrated its traitors into the US Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Postal Service over the past several decades; and
WHEREAS said traitors in the USDOJ and FBI increasingly stood down over the past few decades during increasing coup attempts, riots, border invasion and outright insurrection by the NWO’s communists infiltrated into our government;
WHEREAS said DOJ/FBI traitors ignored the blatant crimes to rig the 2020 presidential election, provocateured the so-called ‘insurrection’ on January 6, 2021, and then blatantly violated the rights of 700 peaceful patriots; and
WHEREAS said traitors in the USPS increasingly aided the NWO in their “governmental racketeering” in the USA, and in their election rigging and other overt and covert acts of treason to overthrow our country.
WHEREFORE, TPB‘s BOARD OF TRUSTEES does hereby COMMAND:
THAT all remaining assets, revenues and funding from all sources of the USDOJ, FBI and USPS shall be seized and given to TPB’s Board of National Trustees for the operation of the USA Government offices which replaced said treasonous organizations under our USA Constitution; and
THAT all TPB offices shall take whatever action necessary to carry out the COMMANDS herein dispensed.
